Welcome to The IDEAS Booklet!
This, my new venture, brings together beauty, thought, and a curated view of the things I love. I did not start this print magazine out of defiance or spite against digital technology. In fact, I love social media and the internet. But sometimes my eyes just need a break from the screen. I also find myself looking at images longer when on paper, forcing me to digest the content more fully before moving on. As a person with many creative projects, I need to see things to get ideas, and slowing down actually helps me see more sometimes.
A little more about me: I am a former fashion designer specializing in women's custom apparel and RTW. After over ten years of only doing fashion work, I decided to move from Salt Lake City and give some other things a try. I now live in Atlanta, but I couldn't make up my mind on what do, so I decided just to go ahead and combine my interests. The result? This new, bimonthly venture!
